Vinification Full destemming, soft pneumatic pressing and alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC. Of the Baga variety only about 40% of the grape yield was used. Sparkling by classical method.
Ageing 18 months in cellar and 3 months after Dégorgement.
Longevity 3 to 5 years

Crystalline appearance with persistent fine bubble and presence of crown.
