Crystalline appearance with persistent fine bubble.
Defined rosy colour.
Intense fruity aroma, predominant in notes of fresh red fruits where stands out very ripe cherry, currant, blueberry and nuances of strawberry.
Fruity flavour, fresh, captivating mousse, very harmonious and with persistent finish.
