Vinification Full destemming, soft and prolonged skin maceration, with alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC.

Ageing 12 months ageing in French oak barrels, being 50% new and 50% of second year, followed by 6 months ageing in bottle.

Crystalline appearance. Garnet color with slight violet nuances. Intense fruity aroma, notes of red fruit and some spice married with light toast. Fruity taste, balanced and elegant tannins, well integrated wood.
