Vinification Full destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, use of 40% of the grape yield, alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC. Sparkling by classical method.

Ageing 12 months in cellar and 3 month after Dégorgement.

Longevity 24 to 36 months

Crystalline appearance with persistent fine bubble.
Defined rosy colour.
Intense fruity aroma, predominant in notes of fresh red fruits where stands out very ripe cherry, currant, blueberry and nuances of strawberry.
Fruity flavour, fresh, captivating mousse, very harmonious and with persistent finish.
