Vinification Full destemming, soft and delicate pneumatic pressing. Alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC. 50% of the wine was fermented in second use French oak barrels. Sparkling by classical method.
Ageing 48 months in cellar and 6 months after Dégorgement.
Longevity 5 to 7 years
