Grape varieties 50% Arinto and 50% Baga

Alcohol 12,5%

Vinification Full destemming, pneumatic pressing and alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC. Of the Baga variety only about 40% of the grape yield was used. Sparkling by classical method.

Ageing 18 months in cellar and 3 months after Dégorgement.

Longevity 3 to 5 years

TASTING NOTES

Crystalline appearance with persistent fine bubble and presence of crown.
Citrus colour with slight greenish hues.
Fruity and fresh aroma, highlighting notes of red fruits (blueberry and cassis), light mineral finish.
Green apple flavour, masked with a well-married brioche, crispy, elegant involving mousse with persistent finish.

For leisure moments, as an aperitif or to pair with delicacies of Mediterranean cuisine like Bairrada suckling pig.
