Vinification Full destemming, soft pneumatic pressing and alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC. Only about 40% of the grape yield was used. Sparkling by classical method.

NOTAS DE PROVA

Of clear appearance of fine and persistent bubble.
Citrus color with salmon colour hints.
Fresh aroma combined with red fruit and toast notes. Slight notes of orange blossom that enhances the elegance of the aroma. Crispy, fresh and very engaging flavor. Very harmonious and persistent.
