Vinification Full destemming, soft and prolonged skin maceration, with alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC.

TASTING NOTES

Clear appearance.
An intense garnet colour with abundant violet tones.
Aroma with nuances of floral notes, dried black plum, raisins and macerated forest fruits. Slight notes of toast and spices.
Complex, smooth and harmonious flavour. To highlight the nobility of the tannins resulting from the ageing in new French oak barrels. Finishes bulky, engaging and very stylish.

FOOD PAIRING

Excellent to pair with dishes based on grilled red meats or with sauces, hair or feathers game and well-structured cheeses.
