Vinification Full destemming, soft and prolonged skin maceration, with alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC.

Ageing12 months ageing in French oak barrels, being 70% new and 30% of second use, followed by 6 months ageing in bottle.

Crystalline appearance.
Garnet color with slight violet nuances.
Intense fruity aroma, great presence of notes of red fruit (blueberries and raspberries) married with light toast and harmonized with a floral finish.
Fruity flavour, balanced and elegant tannins, well-married wood, evidencing the quality of the barrels.
