Vinification Full destemming, soft and prolonged skin maceration, with alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC.

Ageing Aged 12 months in French oak barrels, being 70% new and 30% of second use, followed by 18 months ageing in bottle.

Longevity 6 to 8 years

Crystalline appearance.
Garnet colour with slight brownish nuances.
Aroma of ripe fruit, light spice, hints of leather and well-married vanilla.
Fruity and elegant flavour with notes of jam and well-defined tannins. Well-married wood, evidencing the quality of the barrels.
