Vinification Full destemming, beginning of fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and end of fermentation in 225 liters French oak barrels.

Ageing Ageing of 12 months in French oak barrels, being 70% new and 30% of 2nd year, followed by 6 months of ageing in bottle.

NOTAS DE PROVA

Crystalline appearance.
Citrus color with slight greenish nuances.
Intense fruity aroma, standing out tropical fruit aromas, slight orange blossom notes, finishing with an elegant wooden wedding.
Fresh flavour, fairly balanced fruit, well-married wood, evidencing the quality of the wood.
