With the launch of this wine, we wanted to create a new concept resulting from the combination of two of the most emblematic varieties of Bairrada, resulting in a different white.
We favor freshness, fruity aromas, in a combination of orange blossom and white-fleshed fruit, resulting in an elegant, complex and harmonious ensemble. The 12-month aging in the bottle gave it balance, making it a very serious wine with a gastronomic versatility that makes it perfect to accompany grilled fish dishes and roasted meat.
