Vinification Full destemming, manual and soft skin maceration with alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC in 500L French oak barrels. Cuvaison for 2 months.

Ageing 12 months ageing in French oak barrels with medium toast followed by 6 months ageind in bottle

Clear appearance.
Intense garnet color with slight brownish tones.
Intense and complex aroma, shows the nobility of the variety when it reaches full alcoholic and phenolic maturation showing the notes of spices and balsamic with distinction.
Soft, bulky, elegant and harmonious flavour, it’s
complex and with great longevity.
