Vinification Full destemming, beginning of fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and end of fermentation in 225 liters French oak barrels.
Ageing Ageing of 12 months in French oak barrels, being 70% new and 30% of 2nd year, followed by 6 months of ageing in bottle.
Citrine color with slight greenish nuances.
Intense fruity aroma, striking aromas of tropical fruit, slight notes of orange blossom, ending with an elegant marriage of wood.
Fresh taste, fruit well balanced, wood well married, evidencing the quality of the wood.
