Vinification Full destemming, soft and prolonged skin maceration, with alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC.
Ageing 2011 and 2013 with 18 months in second use French oak barrels and 2015 with 9 months in new French oak barrels with light toast. Followed by about 12 months of ageing in bottle.
Longevity 7 to 10 years
